      This might be the most imprtant of all the links.  This website will tell you exactly what you would need to climb Mt. Everest.  If you have already planned your trip to the mountain you should definately check out this site.  If you don't have everything on this website than you better get it or else it could mean bad news for you and the rest of your climbing team.

      This would be a great site to visit before traveling to Mt. Everst becuase it has a lot of great information. This website has everything from it's altidude to who was the first person on the mountain!  We would also like to recogmmend this link because if you are p\lanning on going to Mt. Everest you'll need to know a lot of these facts.

        Google maps is a great thing to have while on Everest.  If you get lost on the mountain you can pull up google maps and find out exactly where you are.

       This link corresponds to the book "Peak" because he lived in New York City.  A big part of the book was in the begging when Peak climbed the Woolworth Building.  Before attempting the climb, Peak would scope out the building for weeks so he knew which side was the easiest to climb.  This website represents Peak's former life in New York City.

       This link, to a juvenile detention center, is significant to the book because after being caught by the police, Peak went a detention center.  He absolutely hated it.  Every second. He described it as lonely, and unfriendly.
